Thanks 🙏 for this wonderful meditation. I have a powerful phlegm cough😢 since 20 years ago with limited breathing. It is difficult to feel what they were like when I was healthy. Will try using this meditation and see if I can get a different feeling that can help my health 🤗😘

Thank you for this wonderful video! It's perfect- your voice, the music, the volume of the music, the black screen, the "you are" affirmations. I'm going to enjoy listening to it every night. If you ever take requests, I have one. Would you be interested in making a video using " You are allowed, you have permission"? I have searched and have not found any videos using that. As a child I was not allowed to be me, to be happy, to have what I wanted, etc. I needed permission for everything. I'm sure other people had a childhood like that, where they were not allowed. For me it's a huge issue in my life. When I think of the life I want, the main reason why I don't allow to manifest is because I believe I'm not allowed to have it. It would be great if you could make a sleep video like that. Thank you so much. 😊❤️

I really do like most of this set of affirmations a lot, but one thing does bother me. I hope you don’t mind me sharing my thought on this with you. It does come from a place of love, not negative criticism. For me, I very much am very grateful or all the abundance God has blessed me with, but it all means nothing if I am not also willing to be a conduit to bless others with it all as well. I think it would be a very good thing to have some of the affirmations focus on being free enough to give it away. Things like “The universe supplies all my needs so I can be a blessing to others as well.” “I cannot outgive God. Anything I give away will come back to me manifold.”. I know, it’s likely just me, but I started to feel some negative energy about greed with all the thankfulness being about ME and MY abundance only. It’s just not the way I am wired. A big part of the reason for suffering in this world is people being increasingly self centered & hoarding their abundance, thereby shutting off the flow. Anything that encourages loving our neighbors as ourselves is a positive force. Again, I hope you take this in the spirit of my positive intention to relay a point of view to encourage a greater good. Not to take away anything from this beautiful video, but something to add to a future one as well to bring balance to make this universe a better place for all. Bless you and keep up the good work!
